PARTNERSHIPS

At Inclusive Leadership Lab, something we've learned is that we are better together. Through the relationships we've built networking in the many organizations we are involved with and through the podcast, we have built partnerships throughout the education community around the world. We wanted to use this page to highlight the work they are doing and how you can support them or how our partnership improves the supports and services ILL brings to you and your team.

Through our partnership with Friends University, all of our On Demand courses are available for graduate credit at only $70 per credit hour. When you are finished with the course at ILL Academy, let your instructor know, and she will give you the contact information for Friends. You will need to enroll separately at Friends. (This is for a variety of reasons, including statute when districts pay for our courses for teachers.) If you have completed all the course requirements, your instructor at ILL Academy will enter your grades at Friends and you will receive your transcript from Friends University for licensure or for salary movement. Additionally, you can use up to 12 credit hours from ILL Academy for your Master's Degree at Friends University!

Missouri Association of Rural Educators - we are partners with MARE, an incredible network of Missouri school leaders. There are over 400 districts involved in this organization. Our involvement allows us to support you at conferences and leadership programs throughout Missouri.

Sibme - is the technology platform that we trust with our teachers! It is a HIPAA and FERPA compliant, customizable platform that we use to empower educators.

Kansas Association of Rural Educators - We are partners with KARE, another support network for rural schools. In this partnership, we are working to build a Community of Practice for rural educators looking to grow together using Educational Technology, such as AI for Instructional Coaching. If you are interested, contact Nikki or Leighton to learn more.

IAMFoundation is the nonprofit founded by our friend Elijah Dormeus. He supports students in vulnerable and marginalized communities in the Kansas City area by providing them opportunities for internships and college visits, showing them they are more than their circumstances.
