About the Show

A space for authentic conversations and bold ideas

The We Not Me: Inclusion in Action podcast was born from a simple but powerful belief. No meaningful change happens in isolation. As educators, leaders, and advocates, we are better when we learn from one another.

Each episode invites you to learn from people who are doing the work. People who know that progress comes through connection, collaboration, and a deep commitment to moving forward together. Because when we lead with "we," everyone wins.

Episodes run approximately 15 to 35 minutes and feature a wide range of guests including principals, directors, researchers, founders, and advocates. Every conversation is grounded in what it actually takes to build inclusive, high-performing schools.
