Before you start
This is a quick diagnostic across People, Practice, and Systems. Use it on your own or with your leadership team. Rate each statement as things are today, not as you hope they will be. Plan on about eight minutes.
What we collect
- Your ratings and your three choices are saved anonymously, with the date only.
- We do not ask for your name, your district, or your email, and we do not record your IP address or the time of day.
- Anything you type in your action plan at the end stays on your device. It is never sent to us.
- Anonymous ratings are kept for 24 months and used only to understand patterns across leaders.
